Can I run the Court Product on premise?

Yes, the court product can be installed on-premise fully disconnected from the public internet.  

What components are needed?

The Court Product consists of a central platform that is based on containers. This is where the data is stored and the frontend is hosted. Then there are recorder stations that are installed at the court rooms and connect to the local AV platform and the central platform. 

Can I connect my current AV system?

Yes, the client recorders interface with most AV-systems like Bosch, Televic, Sure, Avonic or any generic AV interface. This can be over IP, SDI, NDI. And you can connect desktops using HDMI. 

Can I connect phone hybrids?

Yes, you can connect phone system hybrids to capture remote participants 

How is the platform storing data?

Data is stored temporarily on the Client Recorder in case of network interruptions. After successful upload it is deleted. The retention is configurable and depending on user/law policy.
