Learn more Frequently asked questions
Do you integrate with our Learning Management System (LMS)?
Absolutely. We understand your LMS is the backbone of your educational environment and integrate with all LMS systems, either natively (such as with Yuja) or via API.
Do you support LTI 1.3?
Yes, the Arbor platform supports LTI 1.3.
Do you support Identity Management platforms like Office 365?
Yes, we support any Identity Management system that supports Oauth/SAML, such as Office 365 and SURFspot.
Can I run 2 synchronised streams at once?
Absolutely. Our Picture-in-Picture (PiP) feature – developed especially for a leading university and now available to all educational institutions – lets viewers watch 2 fully synchronized streams (such as a professor’s lecture and her presentation slides) with intuitive controls for effortless switching between focal streams.
This is also incredibly useful for multilingual and inclusive presentations, as you can run your main feed in the original language while the PiP feed shows sign language or alternate language translations.
Both streams are recorded and available individually at the original quality for post-live playback, reuse or editing.
How do you manage accessibility of streamed content?
The Arbor platform has a range of features that help safeguard accessibility, including a speech-to-text feature and text-to-text translations in over 30 languages, with the possibility to create and train custom models.
Is Arbor WCAG 2.2 AA compliant?
Yes, the platform meets all compliancy requirements of the latest WCAG standard.
How do you protect and validate authenticity of streamed content?
At Arbor, we take protection and validation of streamed content very seriously. Content protection is achieved through authentication and encryption. We verify content authenticity through Media Provenance and Content Credentials using the C2PA standard.
